Ingredients for 6 persons:

  • 3 eggs
  • oil
  • 500 gram. flour
  • A small spoon bicarbonate
  • A glass of milk
  • Half glass water
  • Salt
  • Honey

Preparation:

First beat the eggs well, add the milk, some bicarbonate, the water and the flour and mix everything well using a mixer and until you get an homogeneous dough, which could be managed with a spoon. You should get at the end a not very thick dough. Add after that a pinch of salt.

Use then a pan on a low flame and with some oil where you will add spoons of the dough, getting a round form looking like fritters. Take them out when they get a gold colour and let them strain the rest of oil. Spray them with some warm honey on the top. They are already ready to be eaten.

They will normally be served warm.
